Shipping & import duty
Dispatched from Paris. Once your parcel leaves us, delivery takes 4–8 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email the day it goes out.
Pieces in stock leave us within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order jewelry takes 2–3 weeks and apparel 7–10 business days, each one is made after you order it, so nothing is mass-produced or waiting in a warehouse.
Within the European Union, taxes are included in the price and there is nothing further to pay. Outside it including the United States: import duty and tax are charged separately by your country, usually after your parcel has arrived.
Returns
Because pieces are made to order in limited runs, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.
If a piece arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@themiddlechild.online within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
