REFUND & RETURN POLICY
As a slow fashion brand creating limited run, made-to-order pieces, we thoughtfully craft each item with intention and care. Due to the nature of our small-batch production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
What We Cover
We stand behind the quality of our work. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
· Defective items (e.g., seam issues, fabric flaws)
· Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong product or color)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
· You must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
· All original tags must be attached
· Items must be returned in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at hello@themiddlechild.online within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
3. If approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will either repair it, replace it, or issue a refund based on availability.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
