Production Times

Designed and hand-finished in Paris. Because most of what we make is finished one piece at a time, nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Yours is completed after you order it.

  • Jewelry (Made to Order):
    Please allow 2–3 weeks for crafting and processing prior to dispatch.

  • Apparel (Made to Order):
    Please allow 7–10 business days for grading, assembly, and processing prior to dispatch.

  • Ready Stock Items:
    Products without a “made to order” note on the product page are ready stock and will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.

If your order contains both a ready piece and a made-to-order one, everything travels together once the made-to-order piece is finished.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over €300, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Orders are shipped from Paris.

For orders within the European Union, taxes are already included in the price. There is nothing further to pay.

For orders outside the European Union, including the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the United States, this bill usually arrives after your parcel has already been delivered, sometimes several weeks later. This is normal, and it is not an extra charge from us.

We have no control over customs processing times or charges. If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order less the shipping, duties and customs handling we were charged.
